At Green Infinity Resort, we ensure a seamless booking experience for our guests. Please review our booking policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payment

  • A 20% advance payment of the total package cost is required as a booking confirmation token.
  • The advance amount is non-refundable but can be adjusted for future bookings (subject to availability and management discretion).

2. Package & Services

  • The services and inclusions mentioned in the package will be provided as per the details in the voucher issued at the time of booking.
  • Any additional services requested by the guest will be charged separately.

3. Payment Policy

  • The remaining balance must be paid during check-in via Cash or UPI only. Credit/Debit cards are not accepted at the resort.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least [mention days] prior to the booking date.
  • No-shows or cancellations within [mention hours/days] of check-in will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

5. General Terms

  • Guests must provide valid ID proof during check-in.
  • Resort policies regarding food, activities, pool access, and prohibited items must be followed.
